At 42000 tick we play the stairway game, at the end of the game Elton says sometimes along the lines ''someone gunplanted me'' when I follow the person who could've done this I found illangelo breaking the armoury vent for no reason and jumping inside to get a new deagle. In my demo you don't see him dropping his gun but i'm 99% sure he did it since he picked up a deagle the moment he fell into armoury.
Around 50000 tick you can see him running around instead of helping warden (wik also warned him about this 1 or 2 maps after this happend). He also disrespects me chat.
At 55000 tick he repeats the thing he said in chat twice on mic.
At 79000 tick you can see him throwing his m4 towards the ts.

At 100000 tick you can hear him say in voice chat that he won't kill elton. However he kills all the other ts that used the vent.

 

CTbanned for breaking vents for no reason, not helping warden and gunplanting. Also silenced for a week, for obscene language.

In regards to the point stated above, you have no proof of actual gun planting - just pure suspicion, as you mentioned. This I believe does not warrant anything meaningful. To counter this inaccurate and unproven claim, I would like to point out the reason why I was in the armoury, in which that was for the freedom and ability to change my weapons after I simply had low ammunition. After pressing G a number of times, which resulted in me dropping both of my guns and allowing me to pick up a new one, this resulted in me picking up another deagle, alongside another machine gun. I understand I did break the vent, however this was the only way to ensure I had a new, fully loaded weapon to replace my previous.

As mentioned on mic, if not audible, I pressed G instead of T to use my spray, accidentally, and quite obviously, these keys are literally next to one another. If I was to do the action of gun planting this would have resulted in the action of, well, quite simply... actually planting it, which again, I did not, which resulted in no one getting the weapons I accidentally dropped.

These are just suspicions, not actual proof.

Of course, my language was out of a little frustration for being accused of things I never did and did not in any way way shape or form, benefit the other team. However I do apologise for my words.

Also I don't understand why my CTBan is permanent, due to pure suspicions. When in this thread https://hellclan.co.uk/threads/43299/ you have evidence of a freekill and this doesn't warrant anything but a warning.

 

You are entering vent for no reason, not helping warden aswell. The CTban is not just for freekilling and baiting. You have 36 hours gameplay on our server and by watching the demos it seems like you don't know the rules that well. The perm CTban was meant to bring you to forums, like I said in in our PM. I am happy to remove the permban and make it a week or 2, since you followed my advice.

Your language was not acceptable here, you directly started insulting them when they were just warning you. Please next time try to be respectful when our regular players are just trying to help. Also pointing out other threads has no point here, we look at each thread differently depending on the report, person, evidence, reasons.
