Servers unban appeal.

    Reason:      
    First I was banned for scripting unban appeal here https://hellclan.co.uk/threads/41522/
    I was then unbanned.

    Second I was banned for copy cat clans by WildFire.

    I was told to appeal again in 6 months and it may be reviewed. So i've waited 7 almost 8 months since my last appeal.
    As i've previously said, I do apologise for my actions and it won't happen again.

    The earliest you can apply is in October. In the past 2 months, no opinions have changed as I said.
