!rules not appearing in game

This is I guess a bug that has been occurring for me (and I think others) for some time. Basically when I type !rules in game, instead of the jbrules.html appearing (https://hellclan.co.uk/motd/jbrules.html) the motd appears https://hellclan.co.uk/motd/jb.html. This happens so often that since playing on the server I've only ever seen the actual jbrules appear after typing !rules in maybe a couple of sessions.

This is a pretty big issue seeing as the jbrules !rules are fundamental to the function of the game and admins refer new and unaware players to this often. I have asked another admin who has not seen the proper jbrules even once in game. My guess is that this occurs for most players as well though I am not sure of this.

I've added a poll to gather some other players' feedback.

This is what happens. I join, type !rules, nothing appears. types !rules again and the JB rules(https://hellclan.co.uk/motd/jbrules.html) appears. Then I press ok, and type !motd. I see that something appears, but nothing shows up, so I type !motd again and the MOTD shows up.
However, if you type !rules again, only MOTD shows up. Seems like a bug. The issues are that after typing !motd, the !rules function to website "value/link" won't change. It is stuck on the !motd website/value.

But do it the other way... and don't reconnect to the server. By reconnecting you reset it.

Check your CSS settings, you can disable HTML content and thereby disable !rules and !motd. I for example did that and cant see rules in game. But I dont get ads as well so its fine

@Hans Entertainment you typed first !rules and then !motd. You forgot to type !rules again. After typing !motd, !rules wont show up.
