Fps limited.

Hello,
Before to read, make sure that i've checked any post related to fps limit in css and csgo and searched in google.

So as the title says. My fps is limited to 60 when the laptop is plugged. And 30 when it's not plugged. I repaired this before and had +400 fps on ultra graphics . But after nvidia updated the driver, another time my fps became limited even if the laptop is plugged. Please any could help me to delimit my fps for plugged and also unplugged ( I can play for +4 hours without charging so no need to drop down my fps )
I NEED A SOLUTION AM GETTIN CRAZY HERE (v syn disabled and renabled , turned off the gaming optimizing by nvidia .... )

Thanks Senor , that actually helped but i only raised my fps when the laptop is unplugged to 60 fps. But still limited to 60 for both plugged and unplugged :/

It's always on high performance , but still 60fps.

I've searched in nvidia gaming experience , i've set everything to top , but already in the anel it says 60 fps. They think it's enough for every game...
