JailBreak - Calling T's other things commands

So it came up today during jailbreak that a commander wanted to call T's "plebs" for the round. Eg: "All Plebs get to my spray" and if they didnt come then they would die.

The people on the server say that this was not allowed anymore but I cant find anything on the fourms about it. (I may of missed it or something.) Could a HeLL member clarify this for me?

I honestly believe T's are getting more and more retarded, they complain about every command that requires brain cells. Soon the commander will have to do the command himself to show them how it's done so that they dont get "freekilled" and start crying.
