Try this first. (in game CS:S Console) If no luck, Follow steps below I'm seeing alot of people are having problems with it so.. I hope this helps. (It did for me) go to http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ Now ill talk you through it. Step 1, If you have it installed and it still don't work, Unistall it.. You installed it wrong.. Ok, Now Go back to http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ And click "Do you have a different operation system or browser" Highlighted by a RED box DONT CLICK DOWNLOAD NOW! <--- (Please don't as it wont work ) Ok.., Now you you will this screen. Pick your operating system (obviously) and then select "flash player for other browsers" Then click "Download now" Now run this... Install it as normal from here on. ... Few seconds later it will be installed, now reload steam, load css and join ]HeLL[ server and test.. All should be working
Sometimes it might be necessary to remove flash completely before reinstalling. I recommend you use this: http://www.revouninstaller.com/revo_uninstaller_free_download.html You need to uninstall all flash players you see on revo uninstaller, It will also remove traces leftover by previous installs. If all fails, Please check whether HTML MOTDs arent being disabled on your game. The command is cl_disablehtmlmotd 0 Or you can do it from Options > Multiplayer > Advanced
PLEASE remove the radio -.- (On Minigame only) Everyday I was playing music or something else. And my music is much funnier and better than the radio, ask some people on minigame... The radio sucks!
I think it's more like, on mg it doesn't bother other's because they don't need their sound that much. But on JB or Pub you need gameplay sound to play, so it's almost never allowed to play music on those servers. Â :SÂ
sometimes when change map radio stop working for me, and i type !radio in game once but dont work. so i type !DJ and then !radio and it work. pretty weird but i have radio hehe
I didn't even have to install/reinstall adobe, i just had to type cl_disablehtmlmotd "0" into console and radio worked
It's a sticky so its always at the top anyway, The bump would of not had any effect (apart from displaying a new post)
