CT-banned for 240 minutes spent alive and given an explanation in-game for what reasons he was CT-banned, if he breaks rules after the ban expires let us know.

Trolling with FF button twice in 1 round

 

Since he did not learn from his last CT-ban I will permanently ban him from CT (Offline CT-bans are always permanent) for breaking the rules, again. Until he comes and explains his actions on forums, then he might be given a reduction.
