"Rush warden to die" on Warday

I have a question. Are ct's allowed to give regular commands on wardays? I've seen 90% of the wardens command "rush warden to die" at the start of the round. Does this grant them the ability to kill anyone coming near then (even if they didnt knife).

i don't remember but it should be ok to give command like that. some cell buttons are very close to cells and warden doesn't have time to go to warday area.

 

Pretty sure it isn't allowed, since the Ts are technically not rebelling unless they knife the CT.

 

If a hell admin could clear this it would be nice.
