Suggestion

Most people are aware of the rules, this isn't a case where things need to be automated and usually if someone new joins who cares to learn they usually type 'how do I play' and get many people helping them. It's really not needed

Come with a good suggestion. A lot of things have changed over the years. They are busy enough and don't want to fixs something like this since what @Lino stated. The rules are literally everywhere and a lot of people help the newer players if they want to learn.
