Hey guys so i finally got rid of my shit older pc and made a new one. The specs are below:

    • i5 3570
    • 8 GB DDR3
    • 256 GB SSD
    • 1 TB HDD
    • XFX rx 560 (4GB)

The only problem i am facing is with graphics drivers. I downloaded the latest one's on AMD's website but even after installing them the computer cant seem to read my graphics card. It was all working before then i messed around with drivers and got here. Is there any way to fix it?

Go to your control panel and uninstall everything that has AMD on it.
Then uninstall the drivers. If you cant remove the drivers properly throught device manager, then use the AMDs cleanup tool. If that does not work use DDU. I had an AMD GPU before with the same issue. I tried both steps 1 and 2. Then as the last option I did step 3 and it worked.

    1) How to uninstall drivers:https://www.pcworld.com/article/246041/how-to-uninstall-drivers-in-windows.html
    2) AMD Cleanup Utility: https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/gpu-601
    3) DDU: https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html

Are you sure that you have the XFX rx 560. Make sure you have the right name of your GPU, just to be safe :p
