buffer overflow in net message

I try to join this one counter strike source Hell JB eng server but it has random phases of disconnect "buffer overflow in net message" and when I try again it closes the game. Does any one have a solution?

It happens every so often, usually something overflowing or bugging on the map/console that causes you to be kicked. It shouldn't happen very often, I've never tried to find a fix as it has never been a major issue.

 

Thanks for your help I appreciate any comments made, and yeah as far as I'm aware, there is no fix, but it would be great if there was one, if a fix is even possible (which I doubt.)

 

yup and too many mic spam at same time can also cause this problem
