Since when was using materials to gain an advantage allowed. I have seen quite a few players do this and while the server isn't enforcing file consistency with sv_pure. One file away from being able to see through any wall you like or with some players I have seen colour every T model and CT model red/blue given them a massive advantage from distance.

 

Pretty sure that is not edited unless the editor has crazy attention to detail. The gun can be seen clipped out of the holster/leg model. Maybe I'm wrong

That really does look like it's rendered in game. the textures on the highlights are as jagged as they are on the player model it's self due to a lack of Anti-aliasing, to get that affect in editing you would have to draw over the image one pixel at a time.

 

Here's also a thing playing with the values you'll see minor details on the gun model coming through.



It is unlikely that someone would would draw over this model go through the process of making the edges match and also retain the details on the model itself, I think that someone just reported them self.

 

May be he just added a thic hue over the gun like to highlight it

 

Well given that he admitted to it being in game earlier in the thread I'd say it it unlikely

What's up with the taunting? I play on the server to have fun like most ppl, I just uploaded the pic as a joke to this thread not something serious for people to use but seems like you had more fun about me getting banned... feelsbadman


BTW is there a point to make an unban thread? Cause like I said, I was just testing around with skin packs to find something more appealing than the old 20 year old skins. Was gonna get player models as well but been away so didn't get to that.
