So its your hard drive failing. Go to boot menu and make sure that it has first priority, start up with safe mode and type "chkdsk /r". or you have actually downloaded too much shady porn and got yourself bunch of viruses
yes it's getting really annoying , I downloaded this program that Supposedly scan harddisk to find errors but showed nothing wrong --- Double Post Merged, Oct 23, 2017, Original Post Date: Oct 23, 2017 --- @PASi
Also check the Health tab on HD Tune, take a screenshot of that. And scanning from HD Tune is not same as chkdsk. Remember to backup important files before running chkdsk command. It will most likely say it will run next time you restart your PC.
Dont stress it your hard disk has enough life in it for atleast a hundred more blue screens. I mean it could die the next time you get a blue screen but ita higly unlikely.Reinstall windows first, see if the error persists. Also did the blue screen appear right after you started the pc or was it running for an hour before that or more. --- Double Post Merged, Oct 23, 2017, Original Post Date: Oct 23, 2017 --- That program scans your hard drive for bad sectors and places the bad ones at the back to be used last. P.S. dont stress it. Your pc is probably fine. Just reinstall your windows. Tell me though does the blue screen happen after a cold start or during a session your using it after an hour or more since im having a similar issue aswell.
Even if the HDD is fine (which I think is somewhat unlikely with that errors) he would be better of to save all important files. @Pure since you had several crashes I would recommend running checkdisk to see if your filesystem has been corrupted or files have been destroyed. Start the console as admin and type "chkdsk C: /F", it may requires restarting. Do this for all internal HDD-partitions. (dont have Win10, but the command should be still working) If you miss the results, you can look them up later on in the event protocol.
