Q: Shooting Gun Cell at Warday ?

Hi,
This happens often so I figured I'd make a thread just to be on the same page.

Today at VIPintheMix it was warday and going towards warday I saw a player in the guncell (with a gun) aiming at CTs so I killed him with an AWP and PA Daddy Plato slayed me out of the blue.

Now, although that player aimed at CTs from his guncell but didn't shoot yet, was it a valid kill?

 

I think we talked about this already and cts have right to kill t who is shooting or used vip vent.

 

Yes you have every right to kill him, having a gun *UNHOLSTERED* is autorebel, even if he didn't shoot it you can see his intention is clear.

This applies to any normal day or freeday, as well as warday.

luka I told you I don't have a problem with you killing me for hostering the gun
the problem was you scoping at the gun cell for a long time waiting for a T to shot instead of you should be going to warday area

The T that had the gun, unless he actually shot it from his cell no rebelling went down.

IF he shot it, then by all means kill him..(commander can say keeps guns holstered until cells open) <--- then you could have shot him.

 

Someone strip this guy's PayAdmin. He clearly doesn't know the rules.

Surely not rebel as during warday T's may have a gun and not be shot at unless the CT is in warday area or it has been extended. That would be my view. BTW it's nice to be back!
