can a non steam do family sharing

im just a ask a question that can a non steam can do family sharing? cause my brother also wants to join hell community and so he can also play.He is my older brother his age is 21. I have a twin brother too but he doesnt want to play.

 

yes, of course you just gotta follow these steps (you must have a mouse for this) :-
1. plug the mouse in your pc
2. now locate your game folder then right click and copy
3. now take out your mouse and plug it in your brother's pc
4. now right click where you want css and paste


its as simple as that, eveyone know that this trick works everytime,

To be able to play on the same server under the same LAN, You one of You needs to use a different port.
Add +clientport to the startup options, use a different one than the default(27005).

i doesnt work like that you just gotta connect to the same wi fi or any other wireless internet and just create an offline server ingame and for your other pc it will automatically come up in LAN in find servers or you gotta connect manually with ip (connect "ip of server" in console)

or if you are talking about online server you need not to do anything because non steam games also have a steam id but the only problem if you get ip banned and you try to join the server with your other pc it will get permanent banned (i and anshul have experienced it)

me and anshul play at the same time since 3 years now and we both have same connection , and we both have the same port . once anshul got banned for 30 mins on a server and i got permanent banned as soon as i joined (have played both as non steam & steam)
