Rebel before warday

Is it ok to kill terrorists when they rush you before you are in warday are...(for example: you go to open cells and a terrorist tries to shoot you with a gun before u go to the warday area)

in my opinion we should kill the t's because they are rebel

 

You can shoot the T if he shoots you on the way to the warday area. But if they rush you, you can't.

So yes, you can kill them if they shoot / knife you outside of warday area.

 

Also if they leave through vent before cells open (or isolation on carceris) and run towards warday area/you with a knife, you can still kill them as they are classed as a rebel.
