Try disabling hardware acceleration in flash player. I have had the same problem but I don't know if there is a proper fix for it.
Stop trying to show-off already Anyone with a human brain knows that that isn't going to work as it's software related. (Unless graphic card is failing, but I doubt that as you're still playing CS:S) What browser are you using? Is it only on that website, what about YT? Also what Anti-Virus do you have? PS: This is why you're HeLL's biggest troll 2k14 xD
What GPU and drivers do you have? Do you have ULPS (ultra low powersaving) enabled? I had a similar problem with my crossfire setup and it was due to ULPS and hardware acceleration.
im not showing of im not a computer geek like alot of ppl here i make it eazy trow it away and buy a new one.. i use mozila but i was trying with dif internet and stil same problem.. i can play alot of games im playing assasin and far cry 4,, but this is only when im watching only movies.. maybe im hells biggest troll. but i make the servers fun to play in so suck that.. and p.s only thing i know about computer is how to download porn
buying a new pc is THE solution for this problem. make sure you get the i7 5960X with GTX970 in triple SLI with the EVGA 1000W PSU and the Corsair Obsidian 250D (no other case would work) and obviously a SLI ready X99 motherboard, if you dont get this it wont work. also you have to order cookies with it for Turbo Boost to work. TL;DR: Try and disable hardware acceleration like Soul Reaver said, or update GPU drivers.
