The last thread was a bit of a mess so rather then bumping that old thing I decided to make this new one in a more appropriate section. This a a HUD and GUI replacement that works by loading files in place of the others easy to install even easier to remove. The GUI components add quick server commands and other utilities to the games main menu as well as a custom background that can be disabled. Some commands have been set not to display unless connected to a game. This pack also comes with two optional HUD replacers one is solid red the other opaque red, both are optional. The commands work how you'd might expect but here's a list of some explanations. REJOIN SERVER: Reconnects you to the current server you are on, the same as typing retry into the console. TOGGLE VOICE: Mutes all player voices in the game. DEMO UI: As you might expect this toggles the demo user interface. QUICK DEMO: This starts recording demos instantly under the file name untitled.dem . TOGGLE NET GRAPH: Toggles net_graph 1 which displays your frame rate and ping, always useful. We dont encourage players on our servers to use "kill" command. Not sure why you put it there but please remove clan's logo if you wanna personalize the Hud with commands which we dont want players to use.
It was made around my personal preferences and I play JB server a lot and on sometimes free kills and such happened and you gotta slay. but if it seriously bothers you that much I'll remove it.
Please. This hud wouldn't be only used for JB server and with "kill" being even more handy, im afraid it will be misused. The reason you give for free killing is very rare and often admin use the slay feature to punish the player. I dont think players would use it truthfully but rather fuck about with it just before getting killed/dying.
Its not really a problem. The kill command can be blocked on server. I think you should leave it in if there is enough room for it.
