Get a GTX970 GPU so you won't have to upgrade your PSU. You could also get a new monitor if you want that yourself, 19 inches is pretty small nowadays.

    GPU:

Monitor is up to personal peferences, but get one that has a 1/2ms reaction time

That is a pretty darn good pc honestly.
I would just buy a ssd and a monitor. But since you are willing to spend the money anyway, buy another 8gb of ram aswell.
And what you could also do is get a watercooler for the cpu to overclock it another ghz. (not sure what cooler you have now)
    http://www.jimms.fi/tuote/MZ-7TE250BW (very good ssd)
http://www.jimms.fi/tuote/KHX1600C9D3K2/8GX (you should try to get the same 8gb of ram as you have now)
    http://www.jimms.fi/tuote/CW-9060009-WW (good water cooling set)
http://www.jimms.fi/tuote/273V5LHSB/00 (just a random monitor with the price range you should use. it really depends on your preferences)

You can replace your GTX660 Ti with the GTX970, not add another one. Getting a SSD is also recommendend, it's easy to install. Right now you don't have to upgrade you ram, 8GB is fine.

You would have to reinstall Windows if you get an SSD (If you wish to have Windows on SSD).

Try to find out how many sticks of ram there are in the pc and brand/model etc.
About the ssd, like Nomy said you will have to reinstall Windows. but no its really easy to install. Just like hooking up an usb stick to your pc.
About the videocard, tbh with the games you want to play I do not think it's worth it. I have the GTX 660 and I can play bf4 on ultra.
the GTX 970 is indeed a sick card but you don't realy need it. I would rather upgrade the cpu instead.

Why would you get an overkill 970 but not 16gb of RAM lol

    These right? http://www.jimms.fi/tuote/KHX16C9B1RK2/8

This would almost be overkill but note the "almost"
You'll have an awesome pc with that, that'll keep you going for a good while.
But then again, if you'd rather save the money, just buy the ssd and you'll be good to go aswell.
Really depends on what you want. Could you maybe give some more examples of what you'll be doing with your pc?

Nah not the CPU... any higher clock than what he already got will be more useful...

I think you got that twisted around mate. Bishop is currently fine with 8GB ram and I think he should wait until DDR4 comes out in stock and by then new CPU's will be out aswell. His current CPU is fine as it is and there's only 5% difference. I don't know anyone who would pay €200 + €70 for a 5% difference. Getting a GTX970 is not overkill as the GTX660 Ti is getting older by the day and probably won't be able to handle games like Far Cry 4 or GTA V maxed out. I would also recommend getting a SSD.

    1. The I7 3770 is actually 30% better than the cpu he has currently.
    2. If you would watch some youtube videos, you will see that ddr4 is the same if not worse than ddr3.
    3. By the looks of it, the 660ti will run both gta5 and far cry4 on ultra

But yeah as I said, buying just the ssd and a monitor will be fine aswell.

I think he should go for a GPU upgrade only. His current CPU and RAM is good enough IMO.

    http://www.game-debate.com/games/index.php?g_id=8147&game=Far Cry 4
    http://www.game-debate.com/games/index.php?g_id=1308&game=Grand Theft Auto V
But yeah since the games aren't released yet I said "by the looks of it"

Getting a new gpu would be money down the drain imo. But it's obviously not for me to decide.
Just saying that my GTX660 serves everything just fine. And I THINK that i'm doing/ I'll be doing heavier shit with my pc. And since the GTX660ti is even better, should be good.

But yeah you can atleast be sure of the fact that you have to buy an ssd. :)

Getting a new GPU will be waste of money? What are you talking about? He is looking for FPS boost. No other part on his PC is bottlenecking.

Getting a new CPU would be a waste since his current CPU is already fast enough for any game out there!

SSD is an optional thing since the only advantage is that windows will load quicker and if games are installed on it, they will load quicker.. that's about it... no other advantages... once the game/windows is loaded onto the RAM.. no benefit will be visible after that point...

Maybe later he can upgrade his CPU + RAM + Mobo when new ones come out.
