Reason:      he permeated muted me because of a high pitch voice as a kid. But I’m not a kid, I’m 20 years old. I was born with this voice, can’t help it.

I warned you not to use your mic again because your voice was high pitched, not to mention the 1/2hour mute I gave you before too. I asked your age in-game and you said that it's not my business. After that you used your mic again and I muted you, can you be honest and tell me what your age is. I don't believe that you are 20. Lying about your age won't help you, you need to be honest.

Unfortunately, you won't be un-muted because your voice is too high-pitched/annoying. I don't think your voice will deepen in a week for you to be un-muted. You can re-appeal again in 3 months and we'll decide/see how your voice will be till then. If it deepens we can un-mute you, if it's still the same you will stay muted.
