You need AK or Awp to kill the t hiding behind those boxes Just keep shooting in the small place between the 2 boxes and he will keep getting shot and die eventually
Just keep tapping with AK until you see blood coming out and kill him, i have killed the ts behind the boxes so many times like this
I don't get how you lot are arguing against Lino's valid point. A vent is there for a reason to give ts a chance to rebel but in this case that chance gets reduced to 0% and a t is only left to camp behind the box. You can try shoot them through the boxes as that has killed many in the past but obviously there's parts of the box that you can't penetrate through. If you can't kill them, get them to come out through reasoning. You can't just slay the guy for avoiding to get killed. That just doesn't make sense. In my opinion, the commander is the one who is at fault as he failed to kill the rebeller and therefore has nothing else to do but to come to terms with him. Slaying the t for cts failure in killing them is abuse.
You could be smarter and just jump inside the vent hug the corner before it throws you down the straight part of the vent and then come back out through cells once everyone has gone -_-
If you are rebelling and you die by any means including slaying you shouldn't be able to complain as if you didn't want to die you would follow commands. In this circumstance, I would say it was acceptable to slay due to the delaying as if it is a stalemate (dictated by the commander whether they are negotiating or not) an admin should be able to break the tie, how else can we resolve this situation? What would of happened if you were given more time for a situation that wouldn't of improved? Did you expect Aiden to change his mind after 5 more minutes of camping behind a box? That area is not unreachable, with an awp you can clearly kill people there. I know as I've hidden there and killed people hidden there. If I have died in that area, I have never complained as it's my own fault for rebelling. I would however say it's a bit silly if the CT camps at the exit waiting for a T to pop out after 5 minutes, they should be guarding the Ts, how can they do that if one is camping and not doing anything when there is a bunch elsewhere that could be rebelling. To surmise, to slay someone whom is delaying in a situation where LR is waiting to happen and the extra T is not actively rebelling and is in fact camping (directly/indirectly delaying) was justified.
But by saying this, you’ve just turned this vent in to a 100% guaranteed death trap. A vent is created to give ts a chance to rebel. If you say the area is reachable then surely it’s down to the poor aiming skills of the cts that has led to the t still being alive. If he can’t be killed why not reason with the camper and offer options to make him come out. I’m sorry but ordering to kill a t for 5 mins is below level poor commanding skills if anything...
Why doesn’t a map maker edit the vent so that it doesn’t lead to that area anymore? Wouldn’t that be helpful if anyone has the time
Did I? A Commander can still reason/negotiate a T to come back who has used this vent as commanders can pardon rebels, as the commander will lead the negotiation, it's not the T. For example, if a T says "I will only come back if I can keep my gun", the commander obviously can and will say no, however if the commander says "I'll let you come back, you can even keep the gun." then that's fine as long as it's the commander who is leading it, so long as it doesn't break any other rule e.g. commanding a T to kill another CT. If a commander doesn't want to welcome back a rebel, then that's fine. It's similar to being trigger happy, but it's the T's fault for rebelling and should not expect any favouritism to return.
I fully get your point but usually in situations where a t is not welcomed back, a t would be rebelling until he’s killed. On this occasion if he’s not welcomed back he has nothing else to do but camp behind the box to avoid getting killed. If he does camp he is basically dead as he will be slayed which I feel ain’t right because what else does a t do in that situation. Like the chances on using a vent on this map compared to other maps are so different in terms of survival rates. As vengeance said, the route of the vent should be altered to avoid this dilemma lol
Give feedback to the Map Maker @Raphi Maybe he'd up date it, alot of effort for a minor change as it's not often it's complained about. The T would have no choice but try and rush them, if you rebel and die then it's your own fault for dying, follow commands if you want to live
Wasn't complained about because we never get slayed for it until now lol. I would camp there thinking the commander has no choice but to provide me with a way out but now commanders don't even need to lol @Raphi any chance that vent can lead straight to pikachu .... could put on your CV 'caring - solved the paper map crisis to please the many'
Straight to pikachu will make that vent over power I think if it lead to epic laser game that would be so much better since it's closed area and there is a pistol under the stairs that will give a chance to rebeling T to defend himself until he make it to the Book secret behind the boxes
Increasing the speed of the vent by double would also fix it, it'd be better than redirecting the vent.
