I have been requested by many to make a tutorial on how to convert sounds for HLDJ that have excellent quality

    so it goes like this
    Programs needed
    1. dbPoweramp
    2. Goldwave

Open the sound file in poweramp and apply these settings

when conversion is done you will see:

Now Open Goldwave and browse the file

    Open the Equalizer

    In Equalizer use these settings

Congratulation You have a great sounding track you can play via HLDJ

You can skip step 1 and 2 and do this in the end

HLDJ is the software for playing music through source games, it doesn't actually convert anything...its basically a little radio ;)

Pretty cool. Now we can redirect people that ask from the servers, to the forum. This should be sticky!
