What I was wondering was, why do clan members not need to provide proof to their claims? In modern day society why do the Metropolitan Police have to provide sufficient evidence before they charge someone? This clan member rule is very biased and completely immoral.

Thats a fair point made and I respect your opinion. But what I was attempting to emphasise was that banning someone without evidence just because 'a member' is making accusations seems slightly catastrophic.

If you really want to compare a gaming commuinty to a real life court case well then there are about 4 eyewitness here and we all seen Cookie freekill all and then laugh after it. The eyewitness also know this person as a reg player on jb. This is evidence enough to prosecute the defendant in a court case if say the cops "HeLL members" were the eyewitness which they were. but dont compare games to real life, please run along and play with the other kids in the nursery
