Jailbreak competition idea

Hey, just a suggestion that may have already been done in the past but have you ever held a newbie/amateur warden competition?

Off the top of my head it would playout along these lines:
Whoever wants to enter can donate say £5 to HeLL and then a team of 10 HeLL Ts will play 2 or 3 rounds with the competition warden and a team of 2 or 3 HeLL cts. All Ts will play to a set of rules which will determine when and how they can rebel to keep it fair and then at the end of the rounds the team of CTs vote how well the Ts where kept under control and the Ts vote how fun and clear the gameplay was.

Then we would hopefully end up with a few new members on the forums and somebody crowned #1 Amateur Warden with a small prize pool? Maybe a specially designed HeLL friends amateur warden spray could be a prize?
