Also, I saw that you banned the person twice. A little help for you in the future, when you ban someone from the server, it doesn't really matter what the reason is (insulting, scripting, rule breaking), but if he doesn't get auto kicked once you ban him. You can just use the /kick command and the player won't be able to re-connect anymore. Sometimes the ban command doesn't kick the player so you have to kick him/her manually and he/she won't be able to come back.

Yes I always am annoyed by the fact there is no feedback in console if a ban was successful or not(if he doesn't get auto-kicked) so I do it again to make sure he's banned . In the future I'll make sure to ban once and kick afterwards, afterwards I'll check sourcebans to see if the ban came through.
