Nazi flag USSR spray

    Reason:      Nazi flag ussr spray, this isn't the ussr flag, it's the ussr flag with the symbolised colours of the Nazi flag.

    I tried a few times to tell admins this spray was offensive, he has been warned a while ago.

    @Chasin @wik50 @PAPI Jake were the admins on who I brought it to the attention of who did nothing about it.
