I am inclined to give Rhys the benefit of the doubt on this on. He slayed immediately after his first FK, rash decision to shoot the ball back inside the box. Probably a ctban for such an experienced player. I obviously don't know the discussion after his second FK, but from the video. He asks if all losers should be killed and Raq doesn't answer. Raq also says that there will be a last reaction between the two who get first place (if that happens) which indicates to me that he wanted all the others dead too. Most of Rhys ctbans are 2 years old. I don't know what his most recent was as I cant find the thread. I feel a 120 was probably enough for this. If anyone else feels I am being soft here please feel free to replace my judgement with a harsher one. Thank you for the report Sunnsetz. Keep up the great work!
1st demo, clearly a mistake and he slays himself. 2nd demo, the demo lags and it seems like he is killing all the losers? It isnt clear what the commands were and why he killed. Therefore unable to agree he should be CT banned.
So Raq's words were. The winners will be the guy in first place and the guy who gets the guitar. If there are two in first place we will do last reaction between them. Agreed that he could have been taking them to play other games after this and he never says Kill all the losers. Rhys also says as they finish. "get ready to kill em" and it takes Raq 5 T's dying to say "wait". We also dont know what happend after that... Did Rhys slay, apologise? Was he then immediately given a CTB before he could slay? A 120 min ban is only short I agree but I certainly don't feel that with the evidence we have it should be made a huge amount more for what he did.
Oh I see. Yes you got the bomb and still end up in the loser section, obviously. How stupid am I. Ok so understanding this then means that Rhys obviously didn't realise (as I didn't) that if you got the bomb you would end up in the losers section. However, I don't believe I would have mown down the T's in the same way without realising like he did. I also believe other CT's were aware of the bomb placing you in the losers section as they didn't wait at the end and shoot everyone with Rhys. With this new addition of information. I agree that a longer period of Ban should be implemented. I will update with the new ban length when it has been decided. Thanks again Sun.
After further discussion. It has been decided that the current 120 min ban is sufficient. Thank you again for the report Sunnsetz. You really are doing a great job. And, thank you for your patience on this one.
