request menu on soccer hell server

Hello everyone ,
I introduce myself, Diablo aka D # 56, I am a old top player in the XSL league, I have been playing this mod for 13 years.
I play regularly on the hell server and that's why I would like to have the menu or the admins. I am 32 years old, I am mature enough to manage admins and I am patient, objective.
