i got banned in 18/july/19 and to be completly honest, i have no idea what i've done. But i understand that if i got banned is because i've done something wrong. I've been playing on Jail Hell server since May of 2019 when i decided to start playing Jail again (the last time was in 2012). So being honest, i may have broked some rules when i started to play there. However, nowadays i'm a regular player, because i play everyday basically and now i know the rules and i'm used to it. And sometimes we have the problem of people don't wanting to play as ct, or ct's that doesn't have mic and in these cases is really boring because the server start to die. I always liked to play as ct, if you can consider my request, I leave my commitment not to err as I did in the past!

If I recall correctly, you gunplanted and instantly left, hence the ban.
Can be reduced from perma to 1 hour or 2.
