Banned but can't see my name on banlist

    Admin:     Dont know.

    Reason:      No clue

    Whenever I try to join one of your servers on CSS it says that I have been banned but I can't see my name on the banlist.

    Oh, no I do not have access to that account anymore. I family shared it with my uncle a couple of years ago to because he had Half-Life 2 on it. I was not aware that it would get me banned on your servers.

    We no longer Ban family shared account's.

    Since you haven't got any punishment's on the other account relating to us and you haven't got access to that steam account.
