Spray Wont Change?

Hi My spray wont change for some reason and i have i idea why. I've tried literally anything and nothing will work. Someone who knows how to deal with this let me know how to fix it.

Delete system 32.

 

It needs to be less than 256 kb, Google any site which reduces size of image get the lower size image

 

if you changed your spray again and again sometimes its stuck as a cached file
go to your css download location and delete yourlogo.vtf & .vtm files from every folder in materials also try to delete temp folder from your material directory and try to upload again after this

there's a lot that goes into what works as a spray and what doesn't, this image does look quite big for the filecap,

I've been meaning to make a guide for making sprays with transparency and a bunch of stuff cause I've seen a gamebanana guide that had some unnecessary steps and I'd like it to be as clear as possible since it's not hard, any interest?
