Rule 19 is a rule that allows the last 2 t's, whether rebelling or not, to have a secured LR for them even if they rebelled beforehand and should not be killed. This raises a bunch of problems ranging from stalling in warden's games and unfairness. I think it should go, what do you think?

    Rule 19 shouldnt exist.

    The Cons
Ts that dont participate in games, or delay, often get LR as all the others Ts died(this happens way to often). It can also be unfair when all Ts fail a game, they should all die as none of them completed the challenge infront of them. Not to mention how it is blatantly unfair to Ts who follow the wardens commands but still die because the CTs couldnt find the rebeler or the warden is using the scoreboard to see how many Ts are left and end up letting the rebeler get LR. There is no point to this rule other than to delay and cause unfair.

    The Pros
There are none, this rule just rewards delaying and avoiding minigames, which is the fun of playing T.

    Rule 19 is wack ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°).

Rule 19 rewards the T who rebelled a fair chance to LR if he/she made to the last 2 remaining. It is not unfair for the Ts at all.
It prevents the CT killing Ts once they reach LR. Rule 19 stops the unfairness.

How does it stop unfairness if one T has gotten LR because they were the last to follow the command while the others have tried and failed and got killed for it. Also, how does a rebeller get an LR for rebelling the entire round and not doing warden's orders, would it not be unfair for the other ts that have been playing the game properly and abiding by the warden's orders?

Ts have two choices. To follow the commands and earn LR. Or to rebel until the end to earn LR.
By killing the rebelling T you are being unfair to the T.

Don't worry about other Ts... they are fine with one of them winning the round instead of a CT taking the ultimate kill.

but he's rebelling, the least you could do is punish him for it and kill him, it really doesn't work that way that he goes around the round killing all these cts and gets lucky to reach the last 2 ts alive, and the cts have to be like "fuck man, now we're not allowed to kill him eventhough hes been killing half our teammates but now that he has lr, we cant do nothing about it". It just doesnt make sense...

It makes sense if you think about that the CT's are supposed to search for the rebel if they know there's one.
If they end up having 2 last T''s with a hidden rebeller alive (without the knowledge of CT's about it), it's still on the behalf of the CT's for notpaying attention IMO. Part of the game; T's aren't always supposed to follow.

I think everyone hates this rule 19 because, Ts can just hide in cells until there are 2 Ts left. Sometimes CTs just forget to check cells for once and that's why some players are hiding in cells to get LR. In my opinion it's a easy way to get LR, for those who suck at minigames (like: soccer, dodgeball, climb, wipe-out, jump-rope) on the jailbreak maps. It's not always easy to get LR.

The only reward a rebelling T should be getting is them killing the CTs and ending the round tbh, count it as basically a LR for them but instead it's at the beginning of the round and against every CT (like how there is a "rebel" option in LR), see how a T that has been doing his LR during the entire round gets rewarded with another LR just because he reached the last 2 Ts, doesn't seem fair does it? Once you rebel, you never go back, it's in their motto, what they chose to be, they don't wanna be playing your wack warden games they wanna play their way, they shouldn't be rewarded.

When there are 3 Ts left in your sight, do a check by pressing tab... if is any missing, kill them there and then... Then you can do whatever you want.

Undo your mistakes and forgetfulness as a CT before LR.

I think its a weird rule, which is also confusing. Imagine u have a 2vs2 game of football and 1 member of each time dies by the ball. What do u do? Stop the game and give both lr? Okay thats fine but what if 1 guy wins against two others? and in my eyes if you are a rebeller you know you can be killed at all time, the moment you start rebelling.

Just because the rule is weird and confusing to you doesn't mean it's wrong. Your 2v2 game towards the end doesn't make sense because you know the ball kills and once there are 2 remaining regardless of scores... they can do LR and you will have to play it fairly... but then what happens is the T turns out to win the LR, instead of him killing the CT, the CT kills the winner of the LR and says he was a loser of their 2v2 game...

    LR supersedes wardens games.

Forgetting to do a cellcheck is almost the same as forgetting to do a guncheck; in both CT's come out losing because of forgetfullness.

Mehhhh, if you don't want to deal with rebellers as a CT then don't play it

To your first point: that's why you shouldn't play games in which you know that case will happen - no one plays a Pokemon or talent day till two Ts are remaining, you normally stop before 5 people or more are alive and play something different which is more fair (first/last reaction for example). Imo if someone does play such games till 2 Ts are alive, then he should be punished with a minor ctb (30min-1h). A slay won't help.

Well especially since rule 19 it is common sense to check cells as a CT. If you don't do that, then you are in my view not that suitable for being a CT.

Nah, that's not the same in my opinion. Guncheck is something different then a cell-check.

And the thing is with rebelling if you don't want to play wardens game what he asks you to do, then don't play Jailbreak at all. You should play some other type of games like: minigames, clan maps, aim headshots, etc...
