This server and rules

Am I retarded or is there no rules about going in vents to be auto rebel. There isnt even something about knifing vents making you a rebel. Im probaly dumb but can someone link me a list of rules that contains these 2 rules? thanks in advance

There are some places which are koi (kill on sight) as gmod jb players refer. it includes vents, armoury, secret places (minecraft scout secret) if you are found there you will instantly killed.
For knifing vents the warden has to say it at the start of round "knife the vent to die if he forgets to say that you are allowed to open the vent but going inside will get you killed
