No, T choses location of doing gun toss. What is your reason for not doing it? You're aware it's there and know how to pass it, what's the issue?
Not every single player knows secrets. If there is a player who doesn't know the "secret", they will automatically lose the LR.
What about that is a secret? It's a invisible box around the soccer/football pitch to keep the ball going out. The person must of came across that by now from playing the game. If not, then they will fail on first attempt, realise and understand and won't do it again. Why must we make rules for everything?
And this is exceptionally situational, if you happen to have a T that knows the secret and the CT doesn't, 9.99/10 times the T will explain it or not use that place for the gun toss. We don't need rules for every single possibility
