Summary: In this tutorial we will be buying CS:GO (Asian Market) and activating it using a VPN geolocated to Hong Kong, China. You won't need to use VPN to play after activating.
This is against Steam ToS and may get your account restricted, although this not heavily enforced by Steam. Please do not use this method if your account has many games.

I am not affiliated with offgamers.com, I searched and found this website and tried to see if this site was legit.


1) Create an account on https://www.offgamers.com/
2) Buy CS:GO (Asia) [£3.34]: https://www.offgamers.com/buynow/counter-strike-global-offensive-asia-discount-promo.html
3) Choose your preferred method of payment. In this tutorial, I had used PayPal.
4) Once paid, wait for the offgamers.com to issue you a CS:GO Steam Key. This is done instantly.


Activating the key using VPN:

1) Log out of your Steam and do not log in yet
2) Download Avast SecureLine VPN: https://www.avast.com/en-gb/secureline-vpn
Avast is a cyber security software company who also develops Avast Anti-Virus software. We will be using their free trial VPN.
3) Run the setup
4) It will automatically connect to your nearest server, click Disconnect


5) After disconnecting, from the drop down menu, choose Hong Kong, China as the location and click Connect


6) Log in to Steam and on the bottom left corner of Steam, click ADD A GAME > Activate a product on Steam

7) Enter the key you purchased on offgamers.com
You can find a direct link in the email you used to register.

8) Steam should activate the code and you should see CS:GO in your library


Comes up as Retail without any region restriction


9) You can disconnect from VPN and even uninstall Avast SecureLine VPN Software at this point as you wont be using it anymore.

They have clearly changed the keys or valve has added more restriction to these keys.

I had added a note in the opening post. Thanks for letting me know. I guess the cheaters have ruined it.
