Hell cs:s servers appeal

Hey Cookie here, I used to play on Hell here and there a long time ago. Probably around 2013-14. I was banned around that time so it's been a long time since I've played. I can't remember the reason for my ban, but I was hoping I could be unbanned seeing how it's been years. Thanks for reading.
