    Hey Guys,

    I was looking to increase my FPS ( because ... I'm a MAC-PLAYER ) , and you know.. it's still a mac so the gamer-experience isn't that great..

now after a research I downloaded a config to increase my FPS already , and now the only thing left to do it increasing the temperature of my CPU Diode.

I download a program whereby I can see all my cpu's , but I see that none of them is called "CPU diode".

    These CPU's I see;

    CPU Core 1
    CPU Core 2
    CPU Core 3
    CPU Core 4
    CPU PECI
    CPU Proximity
    CPU PECI

does anyone know why I can't see CPU Diode ? or is there one of these CPU's that is the same as Diode but called with another name? ( feeling dumb ).

Would appreciate your help already ! :D

Why do you want to do that? Increasing CPU temperature isn't a good thing.

You increase it when you play games anyway.

I advice you to just accept it the way it's. Increasing Temp and overclocking is never a good solution.

Because my graphical card is not good and the temperature of my CPU's are waaay limited too low. I can put it a little bit higher , because otherwise my FPS lags all the time whereby I can't play proper CS GO.

and I found on the official apple website that it's not that bad when you higher the temp's of your mac , until a certain degrees.

here's also the recourse I have with info how to increase my FPS: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=782298740

Lag due to network and location is completely different to lag due to computer performance, computers don't work that way I'm afraid..

Don't mess with stuff that you dont know about that could ruin what you have, you have a mac, its not for gaming, if you want to play games you need a proper computer, people on the forums can give you advice on what parts to pick.

If you change your temperature a little bit on a mac , it should be fine to play on a mac ( for cs go at least ) properly..

I just looked at the guide, so basically you want to control the fan according to the GPU temperature.
You are confusing CPU with GPU.

You can send a screenshot if you cant find it. It might be named differently. Normally you choose a sensor that is reporting the highest temperature for this purpose.
