Okay i can only say lol too this.. But then again let me explain what happened there since it's simple. The moment i jumped down, the guy who was inside the smoke popped up on my map/radar. Thats how i knew he was there.. You people do know that the map show these things right? -_-'

Judging by the clip - no, he's not cheating. He had a reason to go in lowers - a terrorist killed his teammate with a deagle. Shift-walking and shooting through the smoke is a typical reaction. He gets 2 consecutive kills after that - you could see his reflexes. Are your speculations based on just this occasion / clip?
Dont think you can see enemy players on radar through smoke... Unless it was before the smoke was popped. And regardless theres not enough on this video to know for sure either way, the guy coming down to lower after the first kill, his head was shown and he didnt even prefire that.
You can if you are in the lighter layer of smoke but not when you are in the middle (thicker layer)..
