    Hi I'm new to this community by playing in its cs s surf servers a lot some one from the same community joined surf server and his clan tag is ]Hell[ he has a hat and i wanted one like him so I'm here asking you two questions:
    1.how to change the clan tag to Hell
    2.How i can get a pretty cool free hat.
