Well I think you 64bit since 32bit OS won't support more than 4gb ram.

I think it doesn't meet minimum requirement.

So add more ram, double it and install 64bit OS and add a better graphics card.

well basically get a whole new pc , which i cannot afford until the next may or june because of school,
i am looking for a temporary solution that will help me play the game even tho if it was at 20 fps at lowest.
I am planning to Improve but in the summer holiday, for now i just wanna play the game :( so i thought maybe switch my system from 32 to 64 since its 32bit cpu based on 64 maybe i can do sth like this vid
    or something like that..

This is a video from last year in which Microsoft have most likely patched.
To upgrade you will most likely require a new license key.

I can advise Software Geeks for Windows licenses. I purchase license keys from here quite often for work.

You probably did this around the time of when Windows 10 was a free upgrade from Windows 7/8.
All the video shows is someone upgrading their Windows version and not how to do this without a license key.

The majority of the time when I am working on work PC's or servers it requires a new license key. Hence the link to Software Geeks.

By all means try it however don't be frightened when it starts pestering you for a license key.

I dont own RUST but the Steam page lists the minimum requirements. You fail some of that. RUST requires 64bit Windows OS (Win7 or newer) and 8 GB RAM. Your graphics card is insufficient as well.

Basically yes. Your system seems to be outdated, so you wont be able to play recent games. Even if they launch you wont have much fun playing them (crashes due to memory issues, low fps or general very slow game and so on).
On the other hand chistmas is coming and you might know what you can wish from santa ;)
