Thanks to @Angelou, we have fading sprays (changes design when you are far/close to them) for both teams:

If you wish to set the in-game, this are the Download Links and instructions on how to do it:

For the sprays to work, you have to download and save them in your Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Source\cstrike\materials\vgui\logos folder.

And to set the spray in-game, start CS:S, click Options/Multiplayer/Import Spray then go to the location of the spray and pick the one for the team you are representing.
