jb_space_jail_v1_fix2 suggestion

This has probably been suggested before but I really like this map.
it also has a random gun cell which i really like because it forces CTs to be careful and gives Ts a better chance to rebel.

EDIT: Had a fly around the map and didn't receive any erros but this map is just really bad vipinthemix wannabe, it has zero games other than two roulette type of games and a tiny race which has virtually no use.
