Then you need to clean up your storage. Delete some apps to make room for ccleaner and then scan your phone with it to delete the stuff you don't need.

Your phone has a problem then. Maybe try clearing Google Play's cache. The last resort would be to reset the phone.
Don't try downloading apps and stuff from other places like revdl.com... it may contain viruses or malicious code to steal data or what not.

Always download from Google Play.
