Laggy TeamSpeak and CSS VOIP?

    I asked this question before but I still have not fixed it.

    So when I use Youtube or any google service (such as google maps) the teamspeak voice and CSS voice laggs alot and stutters. This is only whilst using Google Chrome but when I use Firefox and go onto youtube, it is perfectly fine.

    Any solutions?

    It is a weird issue, how does hardware acceleration look in the Graphics Feature Status?
