css makes my laptop freeze

Can anyone help me?! so when i play css (Jailbreak) when I ALT + TAB my laptop gets frozen can't do anything. nothing is working just frozen so I have to press power button for 10 sec to restart. but today i didn't alt+tab and it still get frozen when map changed. I don't have any problem on other games like overwatch or even GTA V , I can ALT+Tab anytime with no problem. maybe I should change something in css settings? any suggestions?

Did you had this issue always on the machine or just since an hardware/software change? CSS usually has no problems with back to desk.
If you havent done it, validate the files of CSS via Steam. If it downloads anything, try the game again and see if the error is still there.

(using another language in Steam, so pick the closest one )
Locate CSS in your Steam Library (left side), right click and pick settings (should be lowest menu item). Go to local files and then click on "Validate files"/"check files for errors" (should be the lowest button again)
Steam will then check your files for errors and downloads missing stuff. While this happens you cant play any games, but it only should be a few minutes.

I tried and its very uncomfortable for me, cant get used to it

yep I still get frozen screen. I have to go on windowed mode as @Pagno said. I see no other way

 

Try changing resolution to match your normal resolution

 

Sounds like a graphics problem to me (had the same issue with Skyrim only, windowed was the only fix).
A shot in the blue: did you experience a crash before the issue? Then your filesystem could be faulty / gamefiles corrupted.

 

reinstalling didnt work. steam support here i come
