CSGO servers need updating

also you'll need to add these for FFA server so ppl cant see teammates through walls ^
sv_teamid_overhead_always_prohibit
sv_show_team_equipment_prohibit

(i personally wouldn't prohibit them on other servers like the mix server, as you can use it in valve matchmaking & it's kinda handy to use instead of having to look at the radar to see where teammates are)
