Hello. Not sure if an introduction is really needed but i thought i might do it anyway. 21 year old from Sweden that works in the kitchen as a line cook, very stressful since we get a lot of customers who are allergic to everything and you try to cook something that's looks/taste good. After work i write down what to do for tomorrow for work and what to cook after that i normally browser thru Reddit and Hell forum and sometimes i'm inside Jailbreak.. I don't drink nor do i smoke but have done it before but sadly had to quit because of financial reasons. My dream is to start a own restaurant where we make everything from scratch that includes salt, eggs, vegetables and so on but it will take a very long time to get there since i don't have that kind of experience yet and obviously the money but most high restaurant have sponsors like Global knives or a rich man/female. Milk poached cod with champagne sauce and Lemon cest ( Lemon fits good with fish ) Reason why you milk poach the cod is so that it has a more tasty flavor but you can do it without poaching it, fish is good how it is.
