@Nomy a few of us are hoping to get some kind of news regarding the status of the CSGO servers, given the length of time between that poll being created and now it seems as though some kind of road block had been reached that is preventing their creation or public testing going live. If they are not coming full stop then that's fair enough but I think it would be better to have some kind of news rather then leaving it to rumor and speculation.
IT'S COMING BOIS --- Double Post Merged, Feb 7, 2018, Original Post Date: Feb 7, 2018 --- Please don't... I crash on dust 2..
Opening a Jb server on csgo will mean a lot more kids, mass freekillers, mic spammers and so on. Therefore more admins will be needed. Also, the csgo server could actually kill the css one, cause most of the regulars could start playing the csgo one. Another option is that only part of the regulars on css will go to the csgo one, which will make the css server half-empty. Doesnt look like a good decision to me, although it's true that it could bring a lot more people to Hell.
Trust me, I had thought about all of this and had plenty time to think. I think we will have most of the things you mentioned covered.
This makes me happy! I've been busy lately and have not had the time to game too much but this is something I will deffinitly be making time for! I think this will put the fire back in ]HeLL[ ! Not only does it provide a new place for us to game together and meet new people, but will also introduce new people to our clan, who knows perhaps this will make people check out our css servers and give them a shot too? However, in my opinion, with new people from a whole new gaming community joining both servers and forums I think it's important that we try to continue the ]HeLL[ ethos and customs through to CS:GO JB. From my shortlived experience with other servers on csgo is that they are annoyingly "American" thappy, they feel slow and boring (not unlike other css servers) if we want this csgo server to work out I think its important that we all put in the effort to maintain the standard of the server we see on CS:S. we want the HeLL community and ethos to be represented correctly I feel we should be sure to make a good example from the get go! Turbulence is something that is possibly to be expected, especially with trolls finding a new server etc as well as the server and community try to get a feel and find it's place with CS:GO, there will surely be a bit of a shift in dynamic and atmosphere of the server in comparison to CS:S. That's why I think it's important that we give this server a good start so we can make our mark and, with our rules and server atmosphere, really stand out from the rest. But that's just me on a high rant
CS GO JB is shit purely because of the reasons you stated thappiness and plenty of it, and a little bit of too much moding in it, for example i once tried JB on CS GO and i tried to rebel and apparently they had a mod which a CT could put a bomb on the vent exit... Stupid, whats the point?
We definitely got a good chance on CSGO, the other EU English JB servers aren’t the best imo, the atmosphere just ain’t there and they have some have silly rules. Will be important for our JB Regs to play the server often upon release to keep the numbers up so new players will join. They won’t join a dead server so that’s why we got to be there to make it not! Having said that I ain’t available this weekend which sucks ngl
