Cisco 2100 modem not working, power button blinking, help needed

So I'm playing JB and I lose internet connection, and I do the regular restart router and modem routine which always works. However, now it didn't, and it seems the problem is in the Cisco 2100 modem. I looked through instruction manuals and troubleshooting, but i could never find this pattern of LED blinking:

Whats really weird is that the power LED is blinking too. I restarted it a couple of times, checked all the cables, everything is fine. Is the modem dead?

Edit: In the title i meant power LED blinking, not button

 

It seems to be the data recieve and send, so your broadband company might not be sending internet through your modem. Have you tried calling the company for a solution?

 

But why would the power LED be blinking? Gonna call them now

fucks sake they're constantly busy

 

It's blinking because it may not have connection with your company.

 

But my TV signal is still working and they're connected through the same cable. the company is now closed so yeah, gonna have to wait till tommorow
