More evidence is required. Mostly showing him refusing to slay. For all we know he did slay and apologise. Towards the bottom of the screen he says "Did I freekill?" so he recognized he may of done wrong.
You haven't posted proof to show he didn't slay or refused to slay. That is my point, please provide it for us to consider taking action.
